The short version

MBP Painting & Drywall is a painting, drywall and remodeling contractor in Westmont, IL. We collect the details you choose to send us so that we can answer your request for an estimate. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect

When you submit the estimate form on our contact page, we receive the information you typed into it: your name, phone number, email address, the town the work is in, the service you need, the timeframe, how you would like to be contacted, and whatever you wrote in the message box.

If you call or text us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. If you send photographs of your job by text, we keep them only as long as we need them to quote and complete the work.

What we use it for

One thing: responding to you about the work you asked about, and carrying out that work if you hire us. That includes preparing your estimate, scheduling, and contacting you about the job while it is underway. We will contact you by the method you chose on the form.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us through the hosting and lead routing services that run this website, which process the message on our behalf in order to pass it to us. Beyond that, we share your information only where we are legally required to, or where you have asked us to — for example, if you ask us to coordinate with your property manager, your realtor or your village permit office.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not ask you to accept any. Pages are static files; the only time anything is sent to us is when you submit the estimate form. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and diagnostics.

Links to other sites

We link to our Instagram profile. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's own privacy policy applies rather than ours.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Asking us to delete your details

Call or text (779) 939-9711 and ask, and we will remove what we hold about you, except anything we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons. You can also ask us what we have on file and we will tell you.
